Position: Outbound Sales Representative

Location: Remote

Pay: £16 per hour (+ 10% initial commission per conversion)

Hours : Flexible (Self Employed)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing Fairway Digital’s services and understanding their digital needs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for client acquisition.
• Educate clients on the benefits of Fairway Digital’s services and tailor solutions to meet their unique requirements.
• Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outbound sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, web design, and related services is a plus.
• Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
