Hermitage Beauty is a New Forest based beauty salon which we have had the pleasure of working with for 3 years now.
Nicky and the team at Hermitage came to FairwayUK as a new start up business with the view for us to manage their online digital marketing needs.
We started with a lot of conversation about the feel of the business and how Nicky wished to present a premium brand throughout everything they offered. We helped her design and create her logo as well as a tag line for the business. Once we had achieved this along with colour choices, we set to work on designing a new full website. After roughly 2 weeks we sent our first draft of the website over to the Hermitage team, with a quick and easy questionnaire to find out which aspects of the website they were happy with and any changes that needed to be done before they were happy for the website to go live. Following on from this, once Nicky and Harry from FairwayUK were happy with everything the website was publish on a set date/time and they have been smashing weekly/monthly goals since then.
We continue to work with Hermitage beauty, completely monthly SEO work and tweaks to the current website. Alway ensuring that the website is in the best position for the time of year and never deviating from the premium brand feel that has been very important from the start.

Throughout 2020 with national lockdowns imposed, we were asked by the Hermitage beauty team to create an online store, so they could sell their great products online. This was to be a separate site at Nicky’s wish, but to integrate seamlessly with the current website offering. Once we had received a list of products and images we started to design the online shopping feature of the new website. We aimed to keep the premium feel and existing layout of the current website to ensure a smooth integration between both. Once we had confirmed any special requirements e.g. delivery times, special offers & card payment processing information the website was ready to go live roughly 1 week after our initial conversation.
This new online shop also receives monthly SEO and changes to it. By doing this Hermitage beauty can make as many changes to their shop as they would like, to ensure that the pricing and in stock amounts are always correct. It also helps to ensure that the content of the website is current and up to date to ensure the best possible search results.
